By using & accessing our website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions & is hereby referred as "You, User, Client, Visitor, Customer, Buyer & Purchaser" in these Terms & Conditions.
We prioritize the security & privacy of your financial information related to purchases & payments, all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the details are protected via encryptions & compliances. We adhere to strict data protection standards as per the laws to keep your information secure & safe through different channels including:
1. Credit & Debit Cards such as VISA, MasterCard, RuPay, and any other government approved instruments of exchange
2. Net Banking via all major banks in India to make a direct transfer to the accounts
3. Digital Wallets such as PayTM, GooglePay & PhonePe, Amazon Pay and all the payment services provided by the apps of major banks
4. Unified Payments Interface (UPI) that allows direct transfer from your bank account to the business bank account
5. QR Scanner for ease of scan & pay via your choice of a payment app. This is available at all of our physical studio/s.
The Fees and Payments Policy ("FPP Policy") outlines the accepted payment methods and policies related to fees and payments for services offered through our Platform. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly and secure platform for financial transactions with the following terms, conditions & features:
1. We do not charge fees for visiting our physical studio/s or the website, browsing our products, adding products or services to the wishlist or the cart & for trying the products or services at our physical studio/s. We charge a compensatory fee only when the product or service or anything that is damaged within the premises of the studio/s, basis the extent of damage.
2. The payments are accepted at the sole discretion of Tajore & Nohm Apparels LLP or any of the affiliated companies. We may also request additional identification documents to validate the transactions & avoid any dispute.
3. Users must provide accurate & complete information related to any transaction made, or about to make, or will make in the future to complete a purchase to make a secure financial transaction. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your financial information.
4. We are not liable for any loss incurred financial or otherwise due to unauthorized transactions such as technical glitches, exceeding credit limits or any other issues beyond our control
5. We may impose limits on the number of transactions & reserve the right to refuse or delay processing transactions from users with suspicious activities on our website or in any of our physical studio/s. We are not liable for any such transactions that are deemed suspicious which may have resulted in your loss.
6. All prices on our websites are inclusive of our taxes & all users are responsible for all the fees & taxes associated with the purchases of products & services. We reserve the exclusive right to update the prices & taxes accordingly from time to time to comply with the financial laws. In cases of refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund policy for a detailed understanding of the same.
7. Users must adhere to the terms & conditions of their bank or financial institutions that are involved in the purchase & payment transaction. We are not liable for any issues arising from any third party involved in the transaction.
8. We may use third party payment service providers to facilitate transactions with the users agreeing to the terms & conditions of these third party payment service providers.
9. Users are highly advised to report unauthorized transactions or charges within 48 hours of the transaction made for us to report, investigate & take appropriate actions.
10. Users must remit invalidated payments within 24 hours of receiving notice from us, failure to do so will result in a legal action.
