Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Window:

   - Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.  

2. Return Condition:

   - Items must be in their original condition:  

     - Unworn, unused, and unwashed.  

     - Include the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, hangers, and freebies (if any).  

3. Refund Method:

   - Refunds are issued as store credit only upon successful return.  

4.Return Fees:

   - If the pickup service is unavailable, customers are responsible for self-shipping the product.  

5. Cancellation Policy:

   - Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.  

   - For cancellations after 24 hours:  

     - Refunds will incur up to a 5% deduction.  

     - Store credit refunds will be for the full amount.  

6. Exchange Policy:

   - Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery, with certain restrictions:  

     - Only one exchange per order is permitted.  

     - A second return after an exchange results in a credit note only.  

     - Price differences must be settled (paid or credited) when exchanging for items of higher or lower value.  

     - Items can only be exchanged for a single item.  

     - Exchanges are free when changing the size or for a different size.

6. Customized Product Policy:

- Any Order which has customization are not eligible for return or exchange.
